If Prince Harry had his way he would leave his royal life behind in England and move to Africa to help needy children there. The 23-year-old prince made the statement to reporters as he continued his month-long humanitarian mission in the impoverished African kingdom of Lesotho. Prince William just earned his helicopter “wings” a few weeks ago and he’s already making headlines for questionable maneuvers. Personally, I think the entire brouhaha is quite humorous. According to British newspapers, Princess Diana’s first born was out flying a 90-foot, twin-rotor, troop-carrying Chinook last week when he decided to swing by his girlfriend’s parent’s house and show off a bit. No sense in crying over spilled milk… at least that’s Prince Harry’s philosophy since a media leak sent him from the frontlines of the war on terror back home to England nearly two months before he was ready. According to British news agencies, the handsome prince has swapped a tent in the desert, which he shared with unshowered comrades for a tent on a houseboat with his gorgeous Zimbabwean girlfriend Chelsy Davy. He’s baaaack! Prince Harry has returned to British soil after serving time on the frontlines in Afghanistan. The handsome royal was embraced by his brother Prince William and his father Prince Charles as he walked off the plane at the Royal Air Force Base Brize Norton, in Oxfordshire, 50 miles northwest of London. Who dumps a prince anyway? Prince Harry may finally be getting a taste of what it’s like to have girl troubles. (Must run in the family.) British newspapers are reporting that Harry and his girlfriend of more than three years, Chelsy Davy have broken up. Can The Royals Finally Stop Running?

The British press is reporting that Prince William recently whisked girlfriend Kate Middleton to the scene of some of their first dates–the Highlands of Scotland. William and Kate are reportedly staying at Queen Elizabeth’s Balmoral estate where they are said to be engaging in their favorite field sports. It’s not earth-shattering news, but there are two points that intrigued me about the story. In a previous blog I wrote about the outrageous appeal of Paris Hilton. The just freed jailbird’s popularity was tested and further proved during a recent eBay auction. A couple of jokesters from the website HollywoodStarTrash.com rummaged through the celebutante’s garbage and put a few items on eBay. The results are now in and they may surprise you. An empty container of gourmet dog food taken from Hilton’s trash fetched $305 in the online auction, which wrapped up this weekend.
