Michele and I have blogged about a lot of celebrity weddings. There was the over the top wedding of Eva Longoria and Tony Parker in Paris. There was the extravagant wedding of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban down under. And just this past week, there was the low key wedding of Beyonce and Jay-Z at his Tribeca penthouse apartment. The Anti-Star Studded Wedding

Call it the antithesis of Beyonce’s ultra-luxe penthouse nuptials. Location apparently doesn’t matter much to rapper Remy Ma. The Grammy-nominated artist says she won’t let a few metal bars and her bright orange jail-issued jumpsuit stop her from following through on her wedding plans. Remy Ma, whose real name is Remy Smith, had planned to marry her fiancé, fellow rapper Papoose long before she was convicted last month of assault, weapon possession and attempted coercion and sent to New York’s Rikers Island jail.
