Robin Wright Penn and Sean Penn have announced they are divorcing. No, really, this time they are…well, maybe. The couple has filed for divorce three times in the past. They first announced their plans to divorce in December 2007. But, the couple looked happy as they attended the Academy Awards together in February 2009. Sean won his second Oscar, but was criticized for not thanking his wife during his acceptance speech. Another DUI Arrest and Another Celebrity Divorce

Having learned nothing from Kiefer Sutherland, Lindsay Lohan, Rebecca De Mornay, or Mickey Rourke, actress Mischa Barton was arrested this weekend on DUI charges. After straddling two lanes and failing to signal when turning, the 21 year old was pulled over by sheriff’s deputies on La Cienega Boulevard at 2:45 a.m. The deputies found Mischa had been drinking and was in possession of marijuana. Oh yeah, and just like Britney, Mischa was driving without a driver’s license too, according to a statement released by Sgt. John Hocking of the sheriff’s department.
