So much for dating beauty pageant contestants and having flings with fellow Olympic swimmers. These days Michael Phelps is hanging with the real deal—-a girl worthy enough to bring home to mama. According to reports, the part man/part fish flew home to Baltimore earlier this week with gal pal Caroline “Caz” Pal in tow. George Clooney doesn’t have much to say about Britney Spears’ parenting skills (or lack there of), but he is coming to her defense regarding the way the paparazzi hounds her. Is this guy amazing or what? George Clooney never ceases to shock me. The actor, who was injured a couple of weeks ago during a motorcycle crash in New Jersey is now coming to the rescue of medical employees who were suspended without pay for allegedly leaking his and girlfriend Sarah Larson’s private medical records to the media.
