One of the ways to get the most out of your scripture study is to mark your scriptures. There are many different ways to do this—probably as many ways as there are people who read, but I’d like to share some ideas here that may appeal. 1. Maintaining Your Spirituality

One of the things that we have all studied in Sunday School and Seminary is the repentance cycle. We start out realizing our dependence on Heavenly Father, but as we are righteous and our lives get easier, we take for granted the things He has given us. When it comes to personal scripture study, I tend to focus on the Book of Mormon. I have read the Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price and the New Testament all the way through.
