Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, the next-to youngest brother of seven and the eighth of ten children of Joseph and Katherine Jackson. His career began unofficially at the age of five where he began singing at school recitals and officially at the age of seven as the lead singer for the “Jackson Brothers” a rock group featuring all of his older brothers. Cynthia Ann Stephanie Lauper was born on June 22, 1953, to Italian and German parents in Brooklyn, New York. She and her two siblings (a brother and a sister) were raised in the neighboring borough of Queens, New York, in the Ozone Park section, and her Queens accent is one of her most prominent trademarks. She dropped out of high school, and began singing in a number of local cover bands. The Foldex Cat: Isn’t Nature Remarkable?

Originating in Canada in 1992, the “new age”, Foldex cat is a cross between Exotic Shorthairs and Scottish Folds. Currently, The Canadian Cat Association (CCA), is the only one that accepts this breed for championship status, but with the passing of each year and showing, it is becoming more and more popular. The Foldex remains controversial because of the skeletal defects that are associated with the Scottish Fold.
