Lance Armstrong Set to Ride Again

Back in the saddle again… and for once I’m not talking about Lance Armstrong’s love life. Rather, the man many considered the “King of Fitness,” is straddling his bike again on the road to what he hopes will be his eighth Tour de France title. Personally, I don’t know how he mustered enough courage to appear on the streets of New York after displaying some, uh, highly questionable pre-marathon behavior. But, I guess when you are pounding the pavement with nearly 40,000 other runners you figure you’re just a number. Only, Lance Armstrong was anything but just a number. Forgive me. I can’t help myself. I realize that they are many women in America who nixed Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong from their hottie list when he broke Sheryl Crow’s heart (after splitting from his wife and mother of his three children), but there’s something about the guy that compels me to keep blogging about his life.
