He may have lost to British tabloid editor Piers Morgan on NBC’s “The Celebrity Apprentice,” but Trace Adkins’ consolation prize is going to make millions of soap fans very happy. The award-winning country crooner and beloved “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant went from being fired by Donald Trump in primetime to being hired by CBS for a stint on the most popular daytime serial on TV.
