Cries of Ageism

One of my teenagers’ favorite complaints is to complain of “ageism”–this is their way of standing up against the perception that they are being judged based on their age. I admit that I can see things from their point of view, at times, and I do remember being an older teen myself and thinking that all those adults were persecuting me because of my age. Does Disney Hate Seniors?

Once upon a time, I used to think Disney had some serious mommy issues, after all – most of the moms in the Disney movies were dead.
