Getting Over a Break Up

The first few days after a breakup are the worst and breakups themselves are terrible. The best way to start on the path of recovery is to focus on you, yourself and you. Don’t dwell on the person who’s not there anymore, instead allow yourself to be a bit selfish and self-centered. Do what makes you happy. Break Up of a “NON-Couple”

They are a couple. They aren’t a couple. They are “just” friends. They are “more than friends.” It’s enough to make your head spin. At least that’s the way I feel when I read about Heather Locklear and David Spade’s relationship. I have always thought Lance Armstrong was handsome. Even before he won his record breaking seven-straight Tour de France titles. Even before he divorced his wife Kristin.
