“The Prince and Me” left us at a bit of a cliffhanger, so it was nice to see that there was a sequel. However, one major difference exists between the first and the second movie – we lost Julia Stiles and gained Kam Heskin. When last we saw Paige and Eddie, he was preparing to become the king of Denmark and she was preparing for med school. In “Bed of Roses,” Mary Stuart Masterson stars as Lisa Wheeler, a career woman who has no interest in love. None. Whatsoever. Enchantment (1948)

Sigh. I first saw “Enchantment” when I was about ten years old, and it made such an impact on me that I’ve remembered bits of dialogue from it ever since. This is a perfect, ooey-gooey romance that will leave you swooning. Rollo Dane, a retired General, has returned to the home of his youth to live out his remaining years. The house is full of memories, some sweet and some painful.
