Life Lessons from Isaiah

The first chapter of Isaiah holds lessons not just for Judah back in Old Testament times but for us as well. Isaiah 1:1-9 Isaiah reveals the rebellion and wickedness of Judah. According to Isaiah the people had acted corruptly and abandoned the Lord and turned away from Him, verse 4. They were in rebellion against God, verse 5. Where is Your Secret Place?

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
