I always wonder about those sweaty guys I see in the gym who do dozens of crunches, then stroll over to the vending machine to down a bottle of Mountain Dew. Measuring Your Strength – Abdominals

Abdominal muscle strength and endurance are usually measured by crunches. As we measured our upper body strength earlier by push-ups.
