Today seems like talk about our kids and their physical exercise opportunities day. A bit of a mouthful, yes, I know – but still, I like talking about kids and about the fitness opportunities that are available for them. Among some of those opportunities are great places like The Little Gym where kids are encouraged to explore their physical selves through guided exercises and free play. Exercise Tips for Kids – What Can Parents Do

What can you as a parent do to increase the activity levels of your kids? There’s plenty. Later this week I’ll be talking about the National Walk Our Kids to School Day that’s coming up on October 4, but if you are already walking your kids to school – there are other ways to increase their activity level and have fun too.
