End of May Fitness Goal Check

It’s the last day of May and it’s time to look back at the month behind us. I think it’s important that we take a day to self-assess where we are and where we’re going. We’ve done this for every month of this year and it’s hard to believe we are ending month five of 2006 and month 6 for many of us here at the fitness blog.
