The other day, I blogged about a few sustainable fashion designers – individuals who are trying to make a difference with their eco-friendly collections. But where can designers show off their sustainable collections? At a sustainable fashion show, of course. This past April 22 (Earth Day), Stanford University held its first sustainable fashion show. Men’s Fashion Week

Just days after the death of legendary fashion designer Gianfranco Ferre his colleagues and fans gathered to pay tribute to him in Italy during men’s fashion week. A teary-eyed crowd gave a standing ovation to pay honor to the late designer at the presentation of his summer menswear collection. The show took place exactly a week after the 62-year old designer died of a brain hemorrhage in a Milan hospital.
