Why Do A Challenge?

I talked about the Fitness Magazine You Can Do It Challenge earlier and I’ve hosted my own challenges here as well. But why should you participate in a challenge? Several reasons actually, the primary one being – it’s really nice to win or compete. A challenge gives you a direction to go in. It gives you goals to hit. It gives you a barometer to measure your progress against.
