For the tissue paper artwork project, you’ll need a picture frame with matting, colored tissue paper, leaves, flowers, or foam stamps with floral designs, and some gold or silver paint. Choose colored tissue paper that matches the room where the artwork will be displayed. Cut the tissue paper just small than the size of the frame. Dress Up Your Dressers, Part III

If you’re going with a theme in your new design plan, try painting the frame of the dresser a color that coordinates with your theme elements. Next, find images that represent your theme and decoupage them to the top of the dresser and the drawer fronts. You can make your own decoupage substance by mixing two parts school glue and one part water.
