Stretching Helps Avoid Preeclampsia

A new study funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research found that stretching may actually be better for women who were physically inactive before their pregnancy in avoiding preeclampsia. Exercise is Vital to for a Healthy Pregnancy

We’ve talked about pregnancy exercise both here and in the Fitnessblog previously. At the time that I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I was just starting a new fitness regimen.
