I have a hard time falling asleep when it’s too hot in the room. I just can’t get comfortable! If you have the same problem, here are some tips to help you sleep easy in the heat. Heat rises. During a summer heat wave, you have to be extra careful. Both environmental conditions (the weather) and physical conditions (your health) have an impact on your body’s ability to stay cool.
