Fall Festivals From Coast to Coast

For the past week our weather has been down right chilly—daytime highs in the 60s and frost advisories at night. So, yesterday, I spent more than two hours packing away our summer gear and unloading our winter wardrobe from storage. Today, I learned that next week’s highs are supposed to top 85 degrees. Where To Take A Memorable Hot Air Balloon Ride

It’s known as the “prettiest small town in America,” and if you visit Woodstock, Vermont when the fall colors are at their peak, you’ll know why. During autumn the area explodes with color—fiery reds, oranges, and yellows pop against the cobalt blue sky. Currently, the area is crawling with skiers and other winter sports enthusiasts (the town is known as an ideal ski vacation destination). And, with today’s fresh snowfall the crowds will only grow as we head towards the weekend. The Friday Field Trip photos have been uploaded to my site. The balloons did not actually fly last Friday, but I have plenty of photos to share with you from previous outings.
