Nepotism in the Workplace
This blog is basically a rant about nepotism. Just thought I ought to warn ya ahead of time…. 😛 Nepotism (or the hiring of family members) is fairly common practice in small businesses (and large!) across America. I currently work for a small company–under 100 employees–and the owner of that company employs a family member to do a very important part of the business: The billing, a.k.a. how we make our money.
