Owner Responsibility Can Prevent Attacks

When a dog attack happens, there may be a bad, irresponsible, or just uneducated owner to blame. There are lots of things a responsible owner can do to prevent dog attacks. Obey leash laws. Dogs who are lost and alone can be fearful and aggressive. Dogs in packs can join in an attack that one dog initiates. A loose dog is potentially dangerous.
