“Desperate Housewives” Jesse Metcalfe Enters Rehab Jesse Metcalfe, who plays John Rowland on the successful ABC show “Desperate Housewives,” has voluntarily entered a Los Angeles rehab facility to combat alcohol abuse. Rumors are that 28-year-old Metcalfe checked himself into the center last Monday after several days of heavy partying in Hollywood. His representatives have confirmed he is in rehab and asks that the media respect his privacy. There is no word as to how long he will remain in rehab. Lance Bass and Reichen Lehmkuhl Split It seems like just yesterday Lance Bass came out and told us about his relationship with “Amazing Race” winner Reichen Lehmkuhl, but now the two have ended their relationship. How this for irony: just a few days ago actress Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the hospital after slipping and falling at a New York City Fashion Week party. According to news reports, the 20-year-old fractured her wrist in two places. Yes, only in Hollywood is it the norm to drop almost $2 million dollars on a home, never step foot into it, then turn around and try to sell it for nearly a million more than you bought it. Lindsay is having a fight with Paris, Lindsay is falling down the stairs at Bryan Adam’s London home, Lindsay is back with on-again off-again boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, Lindsay is anorexic. It seems no matter what she does, the tabloids have something to say about it. The Parent Trap: A Nice Remake in a Sea of Bad Ones

When it comes to remakes, I’m usually skeptical to the point of completely avoiding the remake in question. After all, Cheaper by the Dozen and Yours, Mine & Ours did nothing to change my view on the needlessness of remakes of forgotten family films.
