Mental and Emotional Fitness Workout
I have always believed in combining a healthy mental workout whenever I am starting a new fitness regimen. Since I started working on the workout portion of the Abs Diet, it’s time to take a mental inventory in order to promote a better state of mind in order to target personal change and improvement. The following exercise can be done through fitness journal or just as an independent exercise that you can type up on the computer or write out by hand.
