It’s that time again, The Scrapbook Tour is coming to St. Louis on August 4-5, 2006. You can find them all at the St. Charles Convention Center. Although online registration is closed, shopping passes and class tickets will still be available at the door. The registration will open at 7am both days for class tickets.
