Like many kids her age my preschooler would much rather crunch on apples than carrots and celery. My daughter loves fruit. Vegetables… not so much. Most of us are familiar with the taste of banana bread, zucchini bread and pumpkin bread, but when was the last time you sunk your teeth into a sweet piece of pineapple bread?
