Creamy Feta Salad Dressing Also wonderful as a dip for crudite. INGREDIENTS: 5 oz feta cheese 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbs white wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 medium green onion, finely chopped 1 tsp chopped fresh dill 1 tsp dried oregano 1 pinch salt and pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Zoned Out Spinach Salad

A nicely rounded, Zone Balanced meal. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups raw spinach 2 large hard boiled egg whites, chopped 1/2 cup 1% or fat-free cottage cheese 1/2 cup red/white kidney beans OR chickpeas 1 medium tomato, diced 1 cup chopped raw mushrooms 1 cup chopped cucumber 4 1/2 tsp slivered almonds 1/8 cup finely chopped onion DIRECTIONS: 1.
