Over in the PHOTOGRAPHY blog I just wrapped up a series of posts on underwater pictures. Let’s Go Snorkeling

Typically, one of the first things my friends want to do when they visit me in Hawaii is snorkel. Who can blame them? First of all, you don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to stick a tube in your mouth, slap on some fins and a mask, and float around in the ocean. Cancun Vacation – Xel-ha A Snorkeler’s Heaven

Xel-ha nicknamed “Snorkel Heaven” definitely deserves the title. It was my first time to snorkel and I was a little nervous but he combination of fresh and salt water in the calm waters of Xel-ha was prefect. We swam for hours watching the plentiful schools of colorful fish, both large and small, and even saw a few manta rays swimming along the bottom.
