This Week in Television – July 9, 2007

Tonight, the “World Series of Pop Culture” returns to VH1. In case you haven’t seen it, the “World Series of Pop Culture” is a game show tournament that features – what else? – pop culture questions. Teams compete against each other for the final prize – $250,000! The show is made up of rounds. Each team must send one player and he or she must attempt to answer all the questions in that round. Free (And Legal) Song Lyrics

It is a great phenomena that there is at least one song to which everyone knows the wrong lyrics. For me it has always been “Bad Moon on the Rise,” or at least to the delight of my kids, “There’s a Bathroom on The Right.” For the longest time, I really did think those were the lyrics. Now I just sing the song that way whenever I want some giggles.
