Two Ways To Look at Pancakes
Who doesn’t love pancakes? Most people do, but many are concerned about eating them because of their health. Today I’m posting two recipes, one for a traditional pancake and one for a more health-conscious pancake. Traditional: 1 ¼ c. flour 2 T sugar 2 t. baking powder ¾ t. salt 3 T. vegetable oil 1 1/3 c. milk 1 egg Blend dry ingredients, then add the wet and mix with a fork until just blended.
