The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the manufacturer named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer products. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Name of Product: Boy’s Windbreaker Jacket with Drawstring Units: About 330 Manufacturer: Hurley International, of Costa Mesa, Calif. Hazard: The jackets have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children.
