Protect Your Spouse

When you think about protecting your spouse what do you think of? Protecting them physically or protecting their reputations and best interests. I know for example that I’m never likely to be called upon to protect Mick in a physical sense although if called upon to do so I would certainly try. Stubbornness is a quality that can be detrimental in a marriage when each person sticks rigidly to their point of view, always insisting they are right. But stubbornness can also be an asset in marriage. The positive aspect of stubbornness is simply known by other name- an alias if you like. It’s called determination.
