Bathing Suit Brouhaha

First, it was the guy who got ticketed for wearing a Speedo at a beach (of all places). Now, city leaders in Kanab, Utah (the community sits just north of the Arizona state line) are banning bikinis at area pools. Perhaps it would be best if we all just tanned in our own backyards from now on. Can You Get Ticketed for Wearing a Speedo in Public?

You can if your name is Bob Hezzelwood. The 61-year-old Florida man was ticketed by a sheriff’s deputy for wearing a Speedo bathing suit at the beach– and now he’s suing the sheriff’s department. Hezzelwood said he has been visiting Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida for nearly a decade in his Speedo and no one has confronted him or complained about his appearance.
