Growing up in Hawaii there was never a need for me to visit a tanning salon. However, upon moving to Wisconsin I found that fake baking is a popular pastime that is often shared between mothers and daughters. Who knew that mother-daughter bonding could be so dangerous? Teens and Tanning Salons

My 14-year-old neighbor is tanner than me, and it’s not because she just returned from a trip to the Bahamas for spring break. In fact, she and her family have yet to leave on their spring vacation.
