Tea Recipes to Aid in Weight Loss

Tea alone cannot get you to your goal weight. Many insist that tea is a powerful aid in health and well being and that includes the aiding in weight loss. It is said that drinking 3 to 5 cups of green tea a day will help you burn an extra 70 calories a day due to thermogenisis. Obviously that is not enough to reach your goal weight but it may be a nice extra kick and green tea has health benefits to boot. Tea if left unsweetened has no calories and can keep you hydrated in a tasty way. We consume hundreds of calories through drinks so cutting down by drinking unsweetened or lightly sweetened tea can aid you in your diet plan.
