1. Results: That is the obvious highlight of sticking to a diet. The results are the motivation and the goal. It feels great to finally see results and gives you a real boost of confidence.

2. Eating right: Eating right makes you feel healthy. It relieves cravings and often helps with health concerns.

3. Working out: Finding time to work out is challenging for many. As a busy mom it is hard to fit in among working, chasing a toddler,and making dinner. However, once you find a routine that works for you and you begin seeing the results you will feel awesome. Soon working out will become enjoyable and relaxing.

4. Feeling great: Believe it or not, after awhile being on a diet will make you feel great. You will be working out, eating right, and feeling healthy. You will not miss sugar, fat, and a sedentary lifestyle.

5. Influence on the family: Your dedication will be a good influence on your family. It may encourage another family member to follow in your footsteps. It will even encourage those who are not challenged by weight. Your family will be proud of you and see that hard work pays off.
