It’s the weekend and if you’re like me, you’re probably tired from the long week. We wrapped up our Spring Forward to Action challenge and swimsuit season has officially begun. With the dawn of the summer months, we’re going to focus our attention outside whether it’s out of the house, out of the office or out of the gym. In the meanwhile, let’s take a look at our week in review:
Monday, April 30
Spring Forward to Action: Week 4, Day 1 kicked off our final week of the Spring Forward to Action Challenge with increased physical activity designed to give us a more rigorous challenge.
