It’s the last week of December and the last full week of 2006. We did our best to cover a multitude of subjects throughout 2006 and as we head into our second year, we are well aware of the fact that January is a key month for many people getting started on their fitness programs and diving wholeheartedly into their New Year’s Resolutions. We’ll do our best to be there for you and to answer all the questions that we can. So what did we talk about this week?

In It’s Here … Tonight is Christmas Eve I talked about the fact that it’s more than all right to skip the workout on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Continuing her experiences, Valorie discussed 10,000 Steps and Counting: Setting Some Goals and how she is going about her pedometer and 10,000 step program. In Should You Warm Up Before Golf? we answered some questions you might have had about getting warmed up for a round or two at the golf course. In The More Things Change; The More They Stay The Same we looked at the fact that the need for fitness hasn’t changed and neither have the excuses. Despite all the advertisements out there, you Don’t Just Do It — you need to do more than just do it.
