What a week it’s been here. I’ve spent four days substituting, I’ve been catching up on life, the universe and everything after my dental surgery last month and I feel great. I’m getting my workout back to something resembling normal and it’s only a few weeks until the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Last week, I asked and you answered and this week, we did our best to tackle those answers. Don’t worry if you didn’t see your question answered, we’ve got more coming next week! In the meanwhile, let’s review what we covered this week.

In Maintenance: I want to Keep the Weight Off we followed up on an answer for I Want to Know How to Keep the Weight Off. Regular maintenance for your body is like regular tune-ups for your car, you get more mileage out of yourself and create a healthy and fit lifestyle.

We took a break on Monday, but we’re back with Taking Back 9-11. It’s the sixth anniversary of the terrorist attacks and while it’s good to remember where we’ve been and to honor those we’ve lost, the best honor we can pay them is to move on and take back the day and our future.
