The Fitness Week in Review for December 16-22

It’s been a great week here, I know I say that every week and every week I mean it. The Fitness blog is growing and it’s developing and we’ve had over a year to get into this race and to enjoy the company of our fellows here. In coming weeks, you’ll get to share in Valorie Delp’s experiences as she dives into the 10,000 step program and we have Ed Paul who uses swimming to maintain his fitness and get back into shape. They are telling us their stories, what’s yours?
