Although the season has rightly passed for it, my children and another home schooled friend from their co-op have sought out to set up a lemonade stand and raise some money for charity. If you’ve never considered letting your kids do this project–I highly recommend it as a means to teach practical math skills and plain old fashioned good work ethic.
