Welcome to the Week in Review for the Marriage blog. We’ve covered a lot of ground in the marriage blog this week. So let’s talk about our week in review. So let’s talk about the week in review:

Saturday, September 16

The 5 Most Incompatible Relationship Types discussed how we categorize relationships that are incompatible and why we think they are. We also talked about how to Define Compatible in a Relationship and what three components make up a compatible relationship. Sherry asked the question of If You Could Do it Over, What Would You Do? She challenged you to answer the question of whether you would give yourself and your spouse more time to know each other, to discuss important issues and to save money – what would you do different if you had the option?

Sunday, September 17

We discussed Marriage Inspiration: 50 Years of Marriage+ about a couple I met while shopping at Sam’s and the inspiration they offered. They were a charming couple and they offered me a great deal of hope to aspire to as the years pass. I also discussed the 10 Things I Love About Being a Wife. I discussed why I thought it was better to be a wife than to be a single for me and how do I define myself.

Monday, September 18

We discussed H. Beatty Chadwick in Marriage in the News: Divorce=Jail Time? When $2.5 Million is Involved, Apparently So. This is a man who has spent the last 12 years in prison as a result of a divorce. Sherry talked about Married Young or “Late Bloomer” – how old were you and your spouse when the two of you got married? The age at which people marry can often play a role in the success of their relationships.

Tuesday, September 19

Sherry continued the discussion she began on Monday in Your Marriage: Cycles and Patterns. Do things seem to run in cycles in your relationship? In Marriage – A Meeting of the Minds we talked about the need to keep an open dialogue on all topics and subjects, whether the couple agrees on them or not.

Wednesday, September 20

All the Groom’s Men talked about the wedding planning from the groom’s side and the roles that various male attendants play in the wedding party. There is the groom, the best man, the ushers and the groomsmen. We talked about what they do and what parts they play.
