The exercise ball is deceiving. It does not look like a useful fitness item that will help you to get into shape, but believe or not, it is. 5 feet 9 inches-6 feet 2 inches you will need an exercise ball measuring 65 cm
6 feet 3 inches-6 feet 7 inches you will need an exercise ball measuring 75 cm
If you are 6 feet 8 inches and taller you will need an exercise ball measuring 85 cm
The first step in using an exercise ball is learning correct posture. If you are overweight you will want to go with the next larger size ball. When doing exercises that require you to sit on the ball the ball will be compressed somewhat.
