The Pets Blog Week in Review for March 3-9

Aimee and I were busy beavers last week. In case you were too and missed any of our articles, here’s our Week in Review recap for your cheating (er, I mean catching up) pleasure…

Monday, March 3

In Aimee’s first Diary of a Cat Care B&B entry for the week, she discussed her bulletin board she’s assumed responsibility for and asked for suggestions.

Me and my crew presented “The Case of Who Cut the Cheese” after a stinky episode in our house Friday night.

Aimee detailed the four most common worms in pets.

Tuesday, March 4

Have you ever wondered why your cat chatters his teeth? Aimee had some explanations.

After learning of some no cost ways to donate to the ASPCA I passed them on to you.

One of the things necessary to cats and dogs peacefully cohabitating together is knowing the dog’s prey drive. If it’s high, that’s something to work on.

Wednesday, March 5

I wondered if you’d heard about the boy and the penguin. I had, but didn’t believe it was true. Research verified I was right.

Aimee interviewed award winning science fiction and fantasy author Jay Lake about the animals in his work and life.

Thursday, March 6

A call for help from a neighbor resulted in babysitting duties for Murphy, Mr. Meow, and Tabby Wednesday afternoon.

I interviewed author Carolyn Howard Johnson about frugality and Great Danes.

Aimee interviewed laugh-out-loud funny fantasy author Jim C. Hines.

Spring is the season for many things, but in Aimee’s household spring is also the season for green barf.

Friday, March 7

In her next Diary of a Cat Care B&B entry, Aimee discusses the accidental injuries she’s suffered from some of the boarders.

The strays of our lives are often times so much more, like kindred spirits, angels, and family members in disguise.

Because of a veterinary conference in town, Aimee’s cat care B&B was hopping with other boarding professionals stopping by to see how they’re run. One visitor mentioned a program they offer at theirs for their dogs: pet art. But with cats Aimee wondered if it was more trouble than it’s worth.

Saturday, March 8

In her last Diary of a Cat Care B&B entry Aimee addressed the accidental injuries she’s received. This go around she talked about the not-so-accidental injuries.

I’m a Wallace and Grommit fan and recently had the chance to watch Wallace and Grommit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit. Now I’m not the only fan. So is Murph, because he really likes Grommit.

Sunday, March 9

Ah, our blessed day of rest…
