It’s that time again, The Scrapbook Tour is coming to St. Louis on August 4-5, 2006. You can find them all at the St. Charles Convention Center.
Although online registration is closed, shopping passes and class tickets will still be available at the door. The registration will open at 7am both days for class tickets.
Shopping times are as follows:

Friday, August 4th 12:00 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 5th 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
And the cost for shopping passes is $6.00 or $8.00 for a two day pass.
Scrapbook Trends Magazine is sponsoring a “ScrapWalk”, which is similar to a cake walk. They will have numbers on the floor throughout the shopping area. When you here the magazine tell you to find a number, you will go to a number and stand. The magazine will then pull a number, announce it and that person will win some type of prize. Sounds pretty cool!
There will be a fashion show, but not your typical fashion show. Forget the clothes, The Scrapbook Tour shows off the coolest and best organizational bags and storage items. The fashion shows will be on Friday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 1:30pm. The show is being put on to help raise money for Autism Speaks and Juvenile Diabetes. Before both fashion shows, The Scrapbook Album Band will be performing live. They will also be offering their CD’s for Scrapbook Tour attendees at a cost of $12.99 per CD and you can have them signed.

They will also be hosting a page contest. You just need to bring in a copy (not the original) of your favorite layout to the registration desk by 1:00pm on Saturday, August 5th. They are only allowing you to enter one two-page spread, and no originals will be accepted. The layouts will be judged on:
- originality
- creativity
- different mediums
- journaling
- pictures
- overall page design
There will be a first, second and third page prize winner, so be sure and bring in a copy of your layout and enter it. The judging will be at 3:00pm.
