This Week in Hollywood Couples

Another week, more news on Hollywood couples. This week, there were no breakups –at least none of which I can remember.

This week, two-time mom Reese Witherspoon gave birth to her third child, a son named Tennessee James. Tennessee or James – whatever they are going to call him – is the first child for Witherspoon and second husband, Jim Toth. A statement was released that read in part, “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.” Witherspoon’s older two children are from her first marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. Witherspoon and Toth, a talent agent, married in March 2011.

Actress Malin Akerman, of Rock of Ages, Wanderlust, and Watchman announced this week that she and her husband, musician Roberto Zincone, are expecting their first child. The couple married in 2007 and although some told her they would give the married five years, Akerman admits that is just “gets better and better every day.

Actress Anne Hathaway married her actor/jewelry designer Adam Shulman today. The couple married in Big Sur, California before more than 100 guests. The bride, who stars in the upcoming Les Miserables, wore a Valentino dress. The couple began dating in 2008 got engaged last November.

Meanwhile, the not-single-much-longer Justin Timberlake recently celebrated his bachelor party. But, it wasn’t just any old bachelor party. Timberlake and 25 friends celebrated in Las Vegas at Wynn Las Vegas & encore Resort’s Sinatra restaurant before heading to Surrender Nightclub. Timberlake and his crew then took the party to Cabo where they stayed at the El Dorado Golf & Beach Club.

Timberlake returned to play in the 2012 Ryder Cup Captains & Celebrity Scramble with wife-to-be Jessica Biel joining him.

Right now, the actual date of the wedding is still unknown, but it can’t be far off with Timberlake celebrating his last days of being single, can it?

I work full-time as a web developer at UTHSC and most of my other time is spent with my son (born 2004). I love everything pop culture, but also enjoy writing about green living (it has opened my eyes to many things!) and health (got to worry about that as you get older!).
