This Week in Kid’s Crafts: Week ending Nov. 4th

I’m going to change the way I list the articles for each week. I’m going to start with Sunday and end on Saturday from here on out. Since I already covered Sunday in last week’s weekly rundown, I’ll start with Monday this time.

Monday was October 30, and I was covering last minute ideas and costumes for Halloween, including the article More Easy Costumes with Sweats. This post covered simple and quick costumes to make from sweatpants, sweatshirts, and hoodies, along with a few other materials. Included were ideas for a pumpkin, tomato, apple, banana, and tree costume.

On Tuesday, October 31, there was one article on party favors, Cute Party Favor Pails You Can Make, which can be used for Halloween or Harvest parties, or any occasion. There was also a post called It’s He-e-e-e-r-e… that discussed the arrival of Halloween and some trick-or-treating safety tips.

Wednesday was the first day of November, so I figured it was time to talk turkey, in Let’s Talk Turkey… Crafts that is! Thursday, November 2nd was Cornucopia Crafts, with dimensional ideas for this traditional holiday item, and Friday, November 3rd had some ideas for holiday decorations in Textured Fall Decorations: Pumpkins and More.

I thought I should include some other activities to help keep kids entertained, so Saturday, November 4, offered one simple craft along with some resources for other Fun Thanksgiving Activities. These included some coloring pages and an activities page with puzzles and more.

I hope you and your kids liked these ideas and will come back soon to see more. Please try some of these ideas and let me know how they turn out. I would love to hear from you.
