If you decide to play games at your puppy shower, you’ll want to award prizes to the winners, right? Prizes for People
Just about anything dog-themed would make a good prize. Just think of it as if you’re giving a gift. Such as:
• Gift cards or certificates to places like PetSmart, Petco, Pet Supermarket, Pet Supplies Plus, or Doctors Foster and Smith. You could start at $5 and go as high as you want.
• Bookmarks: Found cute Dog Themed Metal Bookmark from Cherrybrook. $7.99
• Magnets: Such as this Dog Lover Magnet Six Pack from Just4Pooches. $18.00
• Clothing: These First Place Ribbon Socks from Cherrybrook would be a perfect prize for a puppy shower! $12.99

Favors for Pups
• Bandanas: You can find bandanas at most craft stores for fairly cheap, but I found some places online that sell in bulk, such as Terrence Int’l, Inc. and Wholesale for Everyone. They both carry paisley print and solid varieties. Prices start at $0.85-$1.25 for individual bandanas, and from $5.60-$8.00 for a set of 12.
• Treats: Put your own selection of goodies into a Chinese take-out pail from FunStuffforDogs.com, or use their already made up pail filled with peanut butter mini bones. $1.50 (each when you buy 12 or more empty pails); $3.99 (Peanut butter mini bones filled take-out pail).
