Tiger Woods Has a Son and Salma Hayek Breastfeeds a Stranger’s Baby

The Woods name will live on!

Golf phenom Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, welcomed a son earlier this week.

Charlie Axel Woods was born on Sunday, according to Woods’ website, and mother and baby are reportedly doing “great.”

The 33-year-old pro athlete, who lost his own father to cancer in 2006, celebrated the birth of his first son with close family members and friends, including his 20-month-old daughter Sam Alexis.

Woods also announced that he plans to share photos of his new son on his website in the near future.

SALMA HAYEK BREASTFEEDS A STRANGER’S BABY

Forget about giving the shirt off of her back, actress Salma Hayek is lifting hers up to aid starving children.

According to reports, Hayek, who is in the process of weaning her 17-month-old daughter, nursed a hungry African baby during a recent goodwill trip to Sierra Leone.

“The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother did not have any milk. He was very hungry, so I breast-fed the baby,” Hayek explained.

As for whether the Oscar-nominee regretted her actions after the fact, the 42-year-old actress revealed that her great-grandmother did the same thing in a similar situation.

“My great-grandmother was in a Mexican village and they found a woman in the street inconsolably crying and the baby was also crying, crying, crying. [She] went up to her and said ‘What is the matter?’ and the mother said, ‘She is very, very hungry and I have no more milk.’ And in the street my great-grandmother took the baby and breastfed that baby who instantly stopped crying and went peacefully to sleep.”

So, generosity runs in Hayek’s family… I wonder what will happen the next time the African baby is hungry? Maybe if the baby’s mother is lucky Angelina Jolie will be in town.
